The History of Dumas Station

Our winery is located in the former apple packing shed for Pomona Ranch.  One of Washington's early commercial apple orchards, it was planted prior to 1900.  For the majority of the twentieth century, freight trains hauled the apple crop from Dumas Station to far points, including eastern seaports from which they were exported to Europe.
